Workmanship Warranty
Workmanship is backed by a three-year warranty, subject to our written warranty terms.
What is covered
We warrant our workmanship for three years from the date of completion, subject to the written warranty terms provided with your project. Coverage relates to defects in our application and preparation, not to unrelated damage or normal wear.
How to make a claim
Contact us with your name, the project address, the approximate completion date, and a description and photos of the concern. We will arrange to inspect the work and determine the appropriate resolution.
What is not covered
Coverage applies to defects in our workmanship on the surfaces we prepared and finished. The written warranty terms provided with your project set out the exclusions that apply, whether the warranty transfers to a new owner, the period within which a claim must be made, and the remedy we provide.
